Can you shoot in another location?
I am on the road 1-2 times a fortnight and can often fit in additional locations at short notice.
Can I have a quote within 24 hrs?
Quotes are written ASAP to keep my schedule open for short-notice jobs.
My quotes are really comprehensive and have been used in government departments as an example of what tenders and quotes should be.
It is rare for me to lose a quote.
Film or digital?
Can do either and in any format. For the areas I shoot in I generally prefer film. Price is the same regardless. I have found it is the same relative cost to sit at a computer retouching 50 digital files as the price to develop and scan a roll of film... and film ensures better quality and versatility!

We haven't used you before, what guarantees?
I endeavor to meet with you prior to shooting and show examples similar to the images you need. I guarantee to shoot to brief, or I will reshoot at my expense.
Insurance?
I have current public liability certificate for $5million. In the event I become ill or cannot complete your shoot ANYWHERE in the world, my insurance provider will pay for one of my colleagues to come ASAP and finish the job.
How much to complete my shoot?
My prices cover everything and are fixed. NO surprises. If I shoot extra then there is no additional charge. My customers tell me this way of pricing makes it easy to receive an approval and to budget.
